Please read the following Terms and Conditions of Purchase carefully before using our services and purchasing our products:
I. Scope of Application
All contracts, product purchases, and service provisions will be carried out according to these terms. These general terms and conditions of purchase will apply to all future operations without the need for a new explicit agreement.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to be fully bound by the sales contract outlined in these conditions with ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL.
ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL may periodically modify these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and the latest version can be consulted at any time on this website.
II. Communication with the Customer
When placing an order, the customer must provide at least one telephone number and an email address. The functionality of these contact details must be ensured from the moment the order is placed until its completion. In particular, the customer must check their spam filter settings (locally and/or through their email provider) to ensure they receive emails from ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL. Unless the customer modifies or requests a change or correction, the provided email address can be used for future orders.
Messages sent by ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL via email to the provided email address will be deemed received by the customer upon sending. ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL is only responsible for transmission errors if they originate within the scope of ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL. The customer has the option to provide evidence of not receiving the message due to reasons beyond their control.
ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL is not obliged to notify the customer of errors, omissions, or malfunctions of the email account. However, the customer may provide evidence that the message could have been technically possible and reasonable to receive.
III. Contractual Agreement
In the purchase of a product or service by the customer, if the customer provides a different delivery email address (e.g., when purchasing products or services for someone other than themselves), this circumstance will not affect the contract's realization with the customer. However, if the customer acts on behalf and in the interest of a third party, the contract will only be binding for that third party when this circumstance is reliably proven and communicated to ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL, and ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL expressly agrees in writing to enter into the contract with this person. In all other cases, providing a different delivery email address will not affect the contract's realization with the customer.
To acquire any of our services or products, you must select the specific product you wish to purchase, carefully review the description, and click on the "Add to Cart" button.
Then, click on "Checkout" and follow the steps provided, which include:
Providing your personal details for the contract. Selecting the payment method: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery, or Paypal. Confirming and completing the purchase by clicking the "Place Order" button.
V. Prices, Payment Methods, and Invoicing
All product prices indicated on the website include VAT and any other applicable taxes. Only the shipping costs, if any, need to be added:
Occasionally, there may be promotions that reduce or eliminate the shipping costs.
The accepted payment method is Credit Card.
The payment process adheres to the highest commercial security measures and operates on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, ensuring that it is only intelligible to the customer's computer and the website's server. By using the SSL protocol, the following guarantees are provided:
The customer is communicating their data to the ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL server and not to any other server pretending to be ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL. The data transmitted between the customer and our server is encrypted, preventing its possible reading or manipulation by third parties. The customer agrees to pay at the time the order is placed.
The purchase confirmation receipt corresponding to the order will be sent immediately after confirming the order. If lost, a duplicate can be requested using the contact methods indicated in this document.
The customer must notify ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL of any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for purchases via email or telephone as soon as possible, so that appropriate measures can be taken.
ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL will exclusively send invoices via email. The customer agrees to this method of invoice transmission. The invoice does not establish any requirement for its due date.
VI. Contract Formalization, Order Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Responsibilities
Once the order is formalized, meaning the acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL accepts order cancellations under the following conditions. To cancel an order, you must request it through the forms available on this website or by sending an email to email@example.com.
ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL will not be responsible for delivery errors when the customer's information provided in the order form is inaccurate or omitted.
After confirming the purchase, the customer must verify that all purchase details are correct. If any errors are found, they must be notified immediately so that necessary corrections can be made. ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL will not be responsible for errors made by the customer when selecting the product and desired date.
Each delivery is considered completed once the product is made available to the customer by the carrier, as evidenced by the carrier's control system. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the order at the time of delivery and make any justified reservations and claims, including the option to reject the package if it has been opened or shows clear signs of damage.
Therefore, the customer can only claim for imperfections if they have fulfilled their obligations to examine and report errors, provided they exercise their right within 24 hours following the purchase confirmation and at least 24 hours before the confirmed date for the wrong product. After this period, the customer will lose any right to claim, and the received product will be deemed fully accepted.
Our items are guaranteed for the period indicated by current legislation.
Returns will not be accepted unless the product is in its original packaging and in perfect condition, except for cases of defective merchandise.
Claims for potential incidents such as damaged or incorrect product delivery, or any other claimable cause, will be handled as follows:
ALDABON COMPLEMENTOS SL agrees to deliver another product in perfect condition and collect the defective product. If an exchange cannot be made for the same product, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid.
In the case of a product return (excluding defective items), the buyer is responsible for both the delivery and return transportation costs, as well as any bank charges generated for any reason. These expenses will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it must be done within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product. Except when the products have been tampered with, unsealed, or used as indicated in section "e" of article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which states:
The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
The refund will be made by credit. For any other incident or claim, we advise you to contact us via Email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the customer believes that their consumer rights have been violated or neglected, a complaint can be filed with the Consumer Office of the Andalusian Regional Government. To do so, if you have a digital certificate, you can submit the complaint on the website of the mentioned Consumer Office. If you do not have a digital certificate, you must personally submit your complaint at our establishment or any authorized consumer office. At the same time, resolution of disputes between us and users is possible through consumer arbitration.
